SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, it is submitted for production and prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping costs $4.95 per order unless a different rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard delivery is estimated to take 4–10 business days. This estimate includes normal production and transit time but is not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may require additional time to update after the shipping label is created.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes must be requested within one hour of placing the order and cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Additional production or shipping charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

Items from the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. When this occurs, the customer may receive more than one package or tracking number.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and assist according to our Return and Refund Policy.
