OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sublizone Custom Apparel. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sublizone Custom Apparel. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to you (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other legal rights.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, both of which are available through our online store. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have authorized any minor dependents to use the Services on devices that you own or control.
You may be required to provide information such as your email address, billing information, payment details, and shipping address. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the legal right to provide it.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, and display settings.
Because many of our products are printed individually, minor differences in color, placement, or appearance may occur. We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly as displayed on your screen.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information may be changed at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue products or limit the quantity available to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues.
Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.
Please review your product, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and other information carefully before completing your purchase. Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available through the footer or checkout section of our online store.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to the correction of obvious errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your order.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production and delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, customs procedures, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order must be reproduced or reshipped because incorrect or incomplete information was provided.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content—including our name, logo, designs, graphics, photographs, text, videos, product artwork, and website layout—are owned by or licensed to Sublizone Custom Apparel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The Services are provided for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written permission.
Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services are the property of Shopify. Other names and trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties. We do not necessarily monitor or control these tools.
Third-party tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of them is at your own discretion and risk and may be subject to separate terms established by the applicable provider.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for reviewing or guaranteeing the accuracy, security, or practices of third-party websites.
If you access a third-party website, you do so at your own risk. Questions or complaints concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sublizone Custom Apparel uses Shopify technology to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Sublizone Custom Apparel.
To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from Sublizone Custom Apparel or for injuries, losses, damages, claims, or disputes arising from those transactions.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available through the footer or checkout section of our online store.
Shopify also processes certain personal information to host, operate, secure, and improve the Services. Information may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your state or country.

If you submit reviews, ideas, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for purposes related to operating and promoting the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUBLIZONE CUSTOM APPAREL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sublizone Custom Apparel, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, owners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed if necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms and the policies posted through the Services constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Services and replace prior communications or agreements relating to that use.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your related rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms when legally permitted.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts legally authorized to hear it, except where applicable consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version through the Services. When required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes where permitted by law.
